Enviro Plastics was founded
in Fort Worth, Texas, in 1990 with 2 machine
arms operating in 1,200 square feet. The first
products produced were hazardous waste drums and
portable toilets–hence the name: Enviro
Plastics. The company no longer produces these
items. Within a year, it expanded into
12,000-square feet with 4 machine arms. Today
the company occupies 22,000 square feet of
manufacturing and warehouse space and operates 6
machine arms, each of which will accommodate
multiple molds.
The manufacturing operations
run 3 shifts 5 days a week. Molded part sizes
range from 2" x 2" x 4" to 102" x 102" x 94".
Current resins molded include linear low
density, high-density, crosslink polyethylenes,
and polypropylene.
Enviro Plastics is well
positioned to handle your rotational molding
requirements. |
